Terms and Conditions

VITARIS Air Ambulance Services Pvt. Ltd.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by VITARIS Air Ambulance Services Pvt. Ltd. ("VITARIS", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website, contacting us, or confirming a booking through any mode, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Scope of Services

VITARIS provides medical transportation and coordination services, including:

  • Air Ambulance Services

  • Train Ambulance Services

  • Road Ambulance Services

  • Medical Escort Services

VITARIS acts solely as a medical transportation and coordination service provider and does not operate as a hospital, medical insurer, or guarantor of patient outcomes.


2. Service Availability & Feasibility

All services are subject to availability and depend on operational feasibility, medical clearance, regulatory approvals, weather conditions, and safety considerations.

VITARIS reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or decline services if patient safety may be compromised or if required information is inaccurate or incomplete.


3. Booking & Payment Terms

  • Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of advance or full payment, as communicated at the time of booking.

  • Until payment is received, all bookings shall be treated as tentative.

  • Confirmation through phone call, email, WhatsApp, written consent, or payment shall be deemed as full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.


4. Patient Information & Responsibility

The patient party is solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information regarding the patient’s medical condition, current location, and destination.

Any misrepresentation or omission of material facts may result in cancellation or modification of services without liability to VITARIS.


5. Medical Care & Decision-Making

  • Medical decisions during transportation are taken by attending medical professionals in the best interest of the patient.

  • Medical outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

  • All ambulance and escort services involve inherent medical and transportation risks, which are accepted by the patient party at the time of booking.


6. Timelines & Delays

Estimated timelines provided are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond VITARIS’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Railway or airline operations

  • Weather conditions

  • ATC restrictions

  • Government or regulatory approvals


7. Charges & Additional Costs

  • Ground ambulance services are charged separately unless expressly included in the quotation.

  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extended distance, route changes, special medical equipment, airport or railway charges, or services beyond the original scope.

  • All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes and statutory levies unless stated otherwise.


8. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

  • Cancellation charges apply based on the stage of service activation, including ticketing, vehicle allocation, medical team deployment, or aircraft/train movement.

  • Once a service has been activated or the journey has commenced, the booking may be partially or fully non-refundable.

  • Any rescheduled journey after cancellation shall be treated as a new booking, subject to fresh quotation and payment terms.


9. Conduct & Cooperation

The patient party must cooperate with medical staff, crew members, drivers, and company representatives at all times.

Any misbehavior, abuse, or non-cooperation may result in immediate withdrawal of services without refund.


10. Personal Belongings

VITARIS shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, valuables, or documents during transportation.


11. Liability & Force Majeure

  • In the unfortunate event of patient deterioration or death during transit, VITARIS’s responsibility is limited to providing the agreed transportation service.

  • Further handling, documentation, or transportation in such cases shall be the responsibility of the patient party.

  • VITARIS shall not be liable for delays or service impact caused by force majeure events, including natural calamities, strikes, government actions, or technical disruptions.


12. Modifications to Services

VITARIS reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or operational arrangements as necessary for safety, regulatory compliance, or operational efficiency.


13. Governing Law

All services provided by VITARIS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.


14. Updates to Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions may be revised from time to time. The latest version published on the website shall be applicable and binding.
